Why have a day planner

Prepare Your Printer

1.The first thing you need to do is determine the paper orientation in your printer. Take a blank piece of paper and put an "X" in the top right corner of one side, then place the paper back into your printer's paper supply tray, with the marked side face up.

2. Open any file on your computer and print a single page to the printer.

3. When the printed page finishes, take note of how the page exits the printer (face up/face down) and where the "X" is located in relation to the piece of paper as it was placed in the paper supply tray.

4. This will define how the paper supply is oriented in relation to a page on your computer screen.

Printing The Planner

1.Open the PDF file you wish to print.

2. Print the file to your printer, but print only the ODD numbered pages. There should be an option in your Print Setup dialogue box.

3.Keep all of the pages in order as they come out of the printer. This is extremely important.

4. After all of the pages have printed, place all of the pages back into the printer supply tray in the exact order they printed, being sure to place them in orientation so that the blank side now becomes the future printed side. Then print the EVEN numbered pages of the file, but in reverse order (another option in the Print Setup dialogue box). Make sure that the new pages print on the back of the corresponding day.
